"I used McLeod Pediatrics for my children since moving to this area back in 2014. The Nurse Practitioner is amazing but the office staff is absolutely putrid. The office manager needs to have whatever credentials she has revoked. I’m not sure if it’s the same person(s) but apparently they have at least two office managers and both of them are a total disgrace. The only remarks I have about this place is they are rude, arrogant, disrespectful, and a pathetic example of a place practicing medicine. During Covid restrictions they refused to let me bring my newborn baby while my other child was sick with strep. I found that every other pediatrician in the Pee Dee area allows all children to come during appointments (siblings). Me having a newborn, I couldn’t just leave her with anyone and her father working. Making appointments are weeks/months out. Wait time is at least 30 minutes to an hour. I was dismissed from the practice after telling them “where to go” and THEN THEY REFUSED to transfer my child’s medical records! My new peds office has YET to receive my middle child’s records and this has been going on a year. (Which so happens to be the appointment I showed my tail at the day we were dismissed from the practice.) This entire plaza aside from Caresouth should be shut down. They are outdated, not prepared with supplies/knowledge, disrespectful and not competent in handling patients or practicing medicine. I. WOULD. NOT. RECOMMEND. I wouldn’t even take my dog to this place and could probably do better with no medical degree than these people. If you need help it’s better to drive to Hartsville, Lancaster or Rockhill or Monroe even!"
