"Ever since McLeods took over the old Cheraw General the quality of service and care has vastly improved. The staff are now well trained and knowledgeable. The facility is immaculate. My specialists are still in Florence but my lab work etc can be done here saving me a trip"

"The security guy escalated a situation for no reason at all name calling and all he most definitely needs to find a new career he doesn’t have the professionalism or consideration to help the patients he is there to protect staff and patients but he treats patients very poorly even the one i witness lastnight in critical condition"

"Every single time I go to this ER I get an idiot for a doctor. This time I had a doctor to tell me that ovarian cyst don't hurt! One time they misdiagnosed an abscess as an "bruise". I immediately went to another ER and they had to lance the "bruise". Seriously, this ER is a JOKE!"

"Staff was very rude. And uneducated on simple things any nurse or front office person should know, working in a hospital. Even higher staff such as doctors act like they have better things to do then help you and act annoyed for having to."

"I am not surprised at the low ratings at this hospital!!! This place is a joke!! My husband is a disabled veteran and we had to get a CT scan here today. The check in security guard was very pleasant and helpful. We came into contact with numerous employees while we were waiting for my husband's scan to take place. A lady from supposedly infection disease control came into the family waiting room and was adamant about giving us masks. We talked to several other employees and patients without issues multiple people not wearing masks themselves. Then a hospital police officer came into the family waiting area targeting us specifically because the "infectious disease" lady complained we weren't wearing her masks, even though we were no where near her or her department. Bud B the officer continued to harass us and then got Dan Allen to come in and join in the harassment. They were going to refuse my husband care because he would not wear their face diaper even though Biden and the CDC said the pandemic is over and masks are no longer necessary not to mention this hospital is FEDERAL FUNDED! I am appalled on the way these two men and the lady from infectious disease treated patients. If this hospital would focus more on patient care maybe the ratings would not be so low!! Get off your high horses and do your jobs correctly! I hope we never have to come here again!!!"
