"I had family visiting from out of state and when they said we wanna smoke, I naturally said, Burners! When we get there, it's a bit crowded, but that's to be expected. I thought I had checked the calendar and saw no event on the books. However, we had to leave because they WERE having an event and we, of course, had to leave! No worries, my embarrassment was the least of issues because I had held this place in such high regards only to see the real lack of customer service and support from people who regularly recommend and purchase products from you! I apologized to my family members for this, and rest assured, I will not return nor support Burners anymore after this interaction!"
