"My family and I really enjoy the hot food at Lowe’s and have gone multiple times at week. We’ve recently decided not to return due to the inconsistency in the portion of food we receive, inconsistency in the quality of drinks from the cafe, and more importantly the lack of positive customer service. You’d think if you see the same folks working at an establishment that they would become even more courteous as time goes by, but the opposite has happened. Some of the staff here have become very awkward to encounter and some very rude (ignoring greetings, avoiding eye contact, scurrying away when approached). There is no reason for such a small, homey store to have such a bad vibe. There are a few gems at the store that are completely dulled by the other dull team members they have working there."

"Good coffee at a good price. I end up spending more money though because of the other food options. Their chicken salad is excellent as well as the other prepared food options. The butchers in the meat department have always been helpful with selections of sausages and brats."

"The store is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The staff was so kind and helpful. They have such a beautiful bakery. However, they did not have certain things I needed for groceries. The deli selection was limited. This would not be my main store for groceries. Update 10/2023: the only place I purchase rotisserie chicken! The rotisserie chicken at Lowe’s is unmatched; juicy and flavorful. My favorite is the smokehouse chicken."

"Such a beautiful store and a great addition to the Huntersville area! My wife and I were in the area last weekend and went in for a quick visit to check out the new store. It was crowded but that’s to be expected since it was opening weekend. There is a great selection of produce, fresh foods and genera grocery items. We loved the beautiful floral section and the upstairs seating area overlooking the store! We also tried the new Scan Pay Go app and it worked very well. One of the items we were buying couldn’t be found by the register but the staff solved the issue quickly and without fuss. We cannot wait to return and try some of the great smelling food!"
