"I wasted 4 years at this place because they were the only one my insurance approved. Finally I was so fed up I chose to change my insurance plan. I’ll pay more out of pocket but it’s worth it not to deal with this horrible place. Where to start. The place is dirty and looks like a prison cell. Nothing to look at, no toys or books or anything, it’s supposed to be a peds office. Where’s the friendly atmosphere for kids? The wait times are always insane. They take you back right away and you think oh good this will be fast. They tell you to strip your little one down to the diaper, take the height and weight then tell you to wait in the room and you sit there and freeze for 1/2 hr- 1 hr. I’m not exaggerating, typically it was 40 minutes of waiting. The front desk staff is absolutely useless!! The most incompetent people I’ve ever met. They don’t return calls or send messages or get you paperwork when they say they will. Final straw was when they doubled booked the docs appointments then when I got there 10 minutes early for mine they told me I’d missed it. I said no it was 10:30. They said well you were supposed to be here 15 minutes earlier that means you missed it. No, what really happened is she double booked the doc like an idiot and was punishing the patients. All my child was getting was a shot. A nurse could do it. But the lady told me I had to return in 3 weeks. I never returned! Finally, very few of the doctors have good bedside manner. We saw all of them and one, Dr. Cruz was their primary. She was very difficult to understand with her accent. She rushed through appointments and never remembered anything about us even though she’d seen us a lot. That seems weird to me. On top of that she misdiagnosed my son that had a bladder and bowel issue for several years. Just told me it was fine he’d out grown it and stop pooping and peeing himself. She said that for 4 yrs and it got worse and worse. He was 9 before I finally forced her to send me to a specialist and find out he had a treatable diagnosis, within 6 months of seeing that specialist he’s cured. No thanks to Dr. Cruz Who had no clue what to suggest. The only doc I liked there was Dr Embody. She’s nice, seems smarter than the rest, and takes her time. The rest of them are awful! Stay far far far far away from this place if you value your sanity!"

"I’ve been at this practice for 14 years and in the last year or so they have become so hard to deal with. The rudest office staff I have ever dealt with. Aren’t you there to work? Why such an attitude when asked anything. Dr. Cruz has been great but it’s time that we move on."

"We ABSOLUTELY love Dr. Cruz! She cares and takes the time to speak with her patients and parents! She is phenomenal! I can’t say enough good things about her!"

"Dr. Crue is amazing. She kept my lil girl alive when she was born 3 months early. But as for the receptionist and other members there they can be rude, and trying to get a appointment scheduled is like having teeth pulled. Called today because I had to reschedule my lil girls appointment and was told to call indian land office, but it's the same number listed that I previously called. Then tried to call again and cannot even get through. They need better office and telephone management. But as I said before, Dr. Crue is amazing and I owe her my daughter's life for which I will be eternally grateful."
