"Because of the absolutely horrific and heartbreaking experience I had with this place, its hard for me to even leave this review of what a letdown and disappointment they’ve been for me. I was told prior to dropping off a cat with known medical conditions that there was someone there who had a cat rescue who took care of sickly pets, who was going to help out the cat I had been fostering. They euthanized her the same day I dropped her off unbeknownst to me, after I had left my contact information with these people, and asked them to keep me up-to-date. I found out when I called that afternoon to check in and was unapologetically told that they put her to sleep. There was a huge miscommunication between the staff and the Dr who euthanized her; Dr. said he was unaware that she was supposed to be taken care of by the “cat rescue”. There was no compassion or sympathy shown to me by the staff here, and I will never bring another creature to this chop shop again. I’m sure they’ve helped some folks and pets out, they may have good intentions, but I wouldn’t know from personal experience."
