"This is probably the best DG in the Athens area! Of course, it is also one of the newest. It is bigger than most and is also stocked better. I've always had friendly service here. It's not close to where we live (our go-to store is near Riceville) but sometimes when I take our trash to the McMinn County Landfill I will stop by here to pick up a couple of things. DG has become the "store on the fringes" meaning that they are mostly located on the edge of towns and are targeting people who don't want to go all the way into town just to pick up a couple of staples. Evidently, they are finding plenty of success doing so as they are multiplying like weeds. I find them to be very handy!"
