"Beware FAKE Elfbar and FAKE Hydes!! We purchased from here and one didn’t work at all and the other died and wouldn’t charge. Who knows what is actually in them. We then went to Catawba puff N play vape shop and purchased a real elf bar and you can CLEARLY see the difference in the two. DONT GO HERE!"

"I purchase cigarettes at this store weekly and have had no problem. Also I have purchased several of the disposable vapes they sell and several of them have not worked. This store does not exchange or give refunds. Beware if you purchase such items from there, I think most items are from China and they have Chinese websites so trying to contact them about a defective product is useless. Basically you are taking a chance of purchasing a product that doesn’t work and you wasted your money. I think the products in this store are old."

"The guy who works there is rude & refused to sell to me. I went in & he was in the back of the store. He came out & I asked if he had any small bags of the item I wanted as only large bags were displayed (they normally do). He responded with "I don't have time to deal with you today. Go somewhere else." then walked back in the back of the store. He has been rude on several occasions but this took the cake. If I could give no stars I would."

"The first time I went into this store the customer service experience was good. He was friendly and helpful. Last night I went in the to purchase an item that is typically very inexpensive everywhere else. Usually .79 - 1.00 per pack of 5. I asked him if he had the item, he said yes and I told him I would take 3 packs. He gave me a flat price of 5 dollars. It was overpriced but seemed even more odd that with sales tax it would come out to an even amount. I didn't want to make a scene so I just paid and left. I would have been ok had his price just been high on that item. He can charge whatever he wants and the consumer can make the decision what they want to spend but it just didn't seem right. So I later called them to find out the price on one of that same item and was told 99 cents so basically he ripped me off. I will never go back in there again and I will share this experience with everyone I can. I hope he enjoys the extra money he made on me by being dishonest. He won't get anymore of my money."
