"This was our first time at Clayton Family Medicine. We brought our 1 year old daughter in who was not feeling well. Every staff member we dealt with was very friendly and professional. Everyone was very calming and patient with our daughter while she wasn’t feeling well. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be back."

"I love Dr. Pratt and his wife, also a Dr. there. Super friendly and see you quickly, dont rush through the visit like some doctors do, telemedicine is insanely convenient! It can take some time getting prescriptions called in if one is mistakingly forgotten, but accidents happen! Oh, and the rest of the staff are great as well! I am absent minded and the receptionists even calls me to remind me about my appointment Haha"

"I wanted to write an updated review from the last time my husband responded. Dr. Pratt and his wife Melinda are phenomenal. They went above and beyond for us, and are both extremely helpful and informative. Also, when my daughter had an ear infection, Allison Tanner was great! And the staff and nurses that are employed here are always extremely helpful and sweet. Thank y’all for doing what you do!"

"My wife and I took our 1 year old daughter for he 12 month check up and 12 month shots. Our appointment was at 8am and we arrived a few minutes early. We were immediately taken in and put in a room, where we sat for 30 minutes without being seen. We asked the girls at the front desk how much longer it would be, I had a meeting at 9:30 at work. By 8:45 not even a nurse had come seen us, so we had to leave. I had to make my meeting and my wife did not bring food for the baby, because we live only 5 minutes away. We called other office but no one could give rhe shots that day, and my wife had taken off work just for the shots. She returned with the baby hoping it wouldn't be too much longer, but that was not the case. I returned from my meeting as they finished up the shots at 11:20! A one year old baby had to wait almost 3-1/2 hours in a doctor's office to get a check up and shots!! Apparently Dr. Pratt did not show up as scheduled and the nurse practitioner was late. The shots could not be given until one of the two approved them. Once the nurse practioner heard we left, she decided to work us in, meanwhile the nurse tried on 2 occasions to get her to see us. Instead of making the first appointment of the day the first priority, I guess she showed us for leaving for 5 minutes! Someone who acts like that and makes a one year old baby wait 3 and a half hours in a room without being able to eat or nap, does NOT need to be working in medicine!! Anna Ledford, you need to find another profession. Our previous experiences with this office were great, but one lady with a bad attitude and ill intentions ruined it. We will not be returning. I hope Dr. Pratt doesn't have any more incidents like this, or his office will be empty."

"Dr. Pratt is amazing! He takes his time with each patient. He is kind hearted and understanding. He thoroughly explains what is going on, and what options there are. He celebrates the little accomplishments along with the big ones. My whole family loves him! I couldn't imagine going to any other doctor!"
