"Very Rude, need to work on customer service. Not sure what his name is but he just said no we don't do that. And walked away to the back. Just left me standing there."
"Was trying to find an open tailor/alteration shop. Saw this store and stopped in to see if they could handle my costume alteration. The gentleman did it. Right then and there for me. When they say speedy they mean it!"
"Needed alterations done for my son's prom suit, and he did an amazing job. And it was affordable.. Thanks for the great service."
"Quick and precise. Dude in the back helped me out with a ribbon fiasco before a DA photo; saved the day."
"They messed up my uniform. Brought it in to get dry cleaned right before soldier of the month, picked it up that morning and ran out. Needless to say SGM pointed out everything wrong with my uniform. The pins were all jacked up and my relatively new uniform all of a sudden it is fraying and falling apart. So I bring it back and kindly ask for a refund. The guy says he can fix it but is going to charge me. He also keeps insisting the pins are correct. Sure, yea, SGM ALL THE NCO'S IN MY BATTERY ARE WRONG. So I come back in with one of my NCO'S and the guy still insists it's correct. At this time we see a uniform in the back that had the PFC rank upside down. Dude keeps insisting he knows what he is doing so we point out the uniform and he trys to act like someone brought it in like that. Of course he immediately takes it down and out of the plastic and hands it to a lady in the back to fix. Moral of story is don't go here. Owner has no clue and refuses to help let alone admit when he has made a mistake. Would do you good just to go to CleanPression in the same strip or Star Sewing right down the street."
