"The staff was very helpful helping my son and I find a pair of jeans to fit him. Due to Covid, he was unable to try them on and this was his first time finding an adult size. The service was AMAZING! The store was clean and well-organized with so many great choices. The jeans they suggested fit him perfectly and he was so happy. We will definitely continue to shop there."

"The employees acknowledged me when I came in, but did not ask if I needed assistance as I browsed the store. The ladder was in the girls department in the way. It looked like they were switching up the walls/shelves but no interaction with customers and when I checked out they didn't ask if I found everything okay. Or if I wanted to smell any fragrance, I did have to ask if they sold a specific one and they said they didn't have any more after they've sold out."

"I was in this store for 3 hours taking advantage of all the great deals! You will not be disappointed. They have buy 1 get 1 free shirts, jeans and dresses. Underwear for $1. Boots for $15 and plenty of additional clearence items. In addition, you can earn rue bucks to use at a later date. This store is a must stop for all your holiday shopping and beyond needs! The staff is ready to help you with any assistance you may need and the dressing rooms are absolutely beautiful. In addition, they have a public restroom available and are surrounded by great places to eat."

"I was excited to try this place because I had heard they has cheap Jean's and I wanted some for the cold months. I did end up purchasing jeans but the quality of the Jean's was definitely not worth the price. The staff is incredibly rude and the guy working there when I went in gave me some of the worst customer service I've ever had. He acted annoyed whenever I asked him to unlock the dressing room and then again when I asked him to check out. He was on his phone the whole time, he just didn't want to do anything. When he handed me my receipt and I told him to thank you, he said "mhmm". Overall, disappointed in the visit. Don't waste your time here."
