"I am very comfortable taking my animals here. I enjoy the people and feel they all take good care of my boys."
"We saw Dr Bob for years and everything was great until I called in 2020 after my dog had a grand mal seizure. Ryan, Dr Bob’s son told me there was no way she could be seen in less than a month and that I should call another vet - this after years of going there. I was panicked and begged him to squeeze her in. His dad was on vacation but there was another vet filling in. Ryan called back and told me to bring her in but she wasn’t seen by a vet. Ryan did some tests on his own which were completely useless, he charged me $200, and sent me to the Happy Hippy for CBD oil. Needless to say the CBD didn’t help at all. I had to start all over with another vet in Knoxville after my dog had several more seizures. The new vet took the condition seriously, worked her in immediately, and prescribed Zonisamide - the gold standard for seizures in dogs. I am honestly shocked that this business is still open. Dr Bob is a great vet, but his son, Ryan, is a charlatan trading one his father’s name. He is not a vet though he likes to pretend he is and he doesn’t know enough to realize how little he knows. He sees dollar bills instead of pets and people - save your money and your pets’ lives and go somewhere - anywhere - else. These people will not be there for you when you need them."
"I’m no longer taking my pet to Dr. Bob’s office. I called and spoke with his son, Ryan, requesting an appointment for my pet whom I have suspected an ear infection. Ryan told me it would be a couple of weeks before they could get him in! My pet has been seeing Dr. Bob for a year and a half. He’s had surgery there as well as his cleanings and vaccinations. I guess I expected to be seen immediately. In my opinion Ryan has no compassion and should not be in this profession. I do not recommend this clinic. It’s a shame because Dr. Bob and Cindy are wonderful but Ryan needs to rethink his career choice. I’m now taking my pet to Mountain Home Veterinary Hospital."
"I saw Dr Sarah and she was great! Very knowledgeable and informative. Fair prices. I love that they take 1 patient in at a time. My dogs get stressed around other dogs. So you’re the only one in there, which was great! Super friendly down to earth staff."
"Excellent experience! Best pet care, very caring and easily scheduled an appointment for a new rescue. Even offered to check him for the chip the organization said they implanted before I left. No chip could be found using several methods. They offered to chip our pup to keep him safe. I highly recommend this office."
