"This pharmacy making a lot of improvement. Professional and more efficient and appears more organized. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the young lady who took care of me but, she was friendly and professional. Overall this CVS is making a lot of improvement in all areas."
"I used the drive thru: a little more of a line than I was expecting, but the staff was very helpful and efficient, helping me navigate an insurance question well."
"Ron and Jim and all the staff are great! They are doing great work through the store's renovation. Michelle was such a great help today."
"Great place. Store is clean. Employees are kind and helpful. The manager is awesome and helps everywhere he can. If you used to go here to the pharmacy and it was the pits!, go try again. They have really worked hard to be the best pharmacy around and they have succeeded. Used to wait at least a day for prescriptions to be ready. It now, on average, takes 1 hour, maybe a tad more. That's with the dr faxing the prescriptions in. GO HERE!"
"Their head pharmacist, Ray, is a perfect example of an individual who does not understand complex medical issues. He is always charging me more stating insurance problems. I call my insurance and they said he just needed to check a box. So not only that week did he do a partial refill of my medication, givingan explanation it wasn't needed. How does he know? Last I checked a pharmacist was NOT my doctor. When I came back he did the overcharge as stated previously. Worst pharmacist ever to deal with. No personality and feels he is a doctor. THIS IS NOT OK!"
