"As an established patient you can’t get in for months. Also don’t take their allergy shots if you take a beta blocker they will almost kill you with aniflactic shock and not care at all."
"Excellent scheduling. I have never had to wait for anything."
"Very detailed, clean, informative and friendly. Took my hyper 4 year old and they handled n took care of him like a charm. Good place."
"My wife had to have the tube turn it down on her hearing aid. Before I made my appointment I called and asked him how much they charge to replace them tubing on the hearing aid they told me famous what I pay in Murphy. Well the last time I was in Murphy and had the tube changed on my wife urinated with $10. This time I went to pay and they said it's $20. I told him that I was told it would only be $10 cuz that's what I paid the last time after a little bit of duration they gave it to me for $10 and said next time it'll be $20 to replace the tube. To replace the tube does not take long nor that really that hard and that will be tubing can't cost that much.$20 is very steep I think to change the tubing out on your hearing aid. They were good and they did honor their word and they did a good job replacing the tubing on my wife's hearing aid but I still say $20 is way too high to replace the tubing."
"Way, Way over priced! Beware, your co-payment is just a small down payment! I went in for first visit as I was having repeated ear stuffiness. Doctor came in for just a few minutes, he ignored my ear issues, and when right into snoring. Saying get a mouth guard. He was in the room less then 10 minutes, he did not even look up my nose. Leaving quite miffed, 2 months later I got a balance due bill of $90, after my $50 co-pay, and money's insurance paid. I call their office and was told they charge $250 for first visit. Okay, that's very steep price, but I guess that's how they afford very fancy offices and television ads! I should have looked at the doctors car, he's probably driving a M-class Mercedes Regardless, a first visit should be complete right? Not push you out the door in less the 10 minutes. Secondly, the billing said I did not have good insurance.... BS, It's through mission health, as the wife works there. And I had to see a neurologist in Asheville, and NO EXTRA CHARGE over co-pay, even with first visit, PLUS MRI's, I pay $50. NO EXTRA CHARGE. With my experience, I really doubt all the good reviews, must be friends of the staff."
