"Ventured here too get pandora charms and i did not want to go to a certain overly crowded, overly popular, overly rated shopping mall in Raleigh that is just horrible. The Pink Pearl was such a pleasant experience and found a couple charms i wasn't expecting for the wife. The only downside is the parking at this strip mall. It is just bananas and almost as bad as that mall in Raleigh. But the one on one, no rush friendly service made it worth while."

"My experience was very positive. I wanted a Pandora charm and called twice to inquire about it. Once to see if it was in stock. Once to ask price bc I forgot. Both very helpful. Then went to the store 30 min later. Very friendly and quick transaction. Store is clean and organized."

"I’m a Lilly Lover and recently moved so I was thrilled to find this store. Excellent selection of both new and sale Lilly. I found customer service to be lacking though. First time there the woman acted like I was a bother and rather uppity. She didn’t offer to start a dressing room or take down my information during purchase. Granted it was only a $300 purchase but still she rubbed me the wrong way. I went back again and a young girl was working was sweet and helpful. I’ll only shop there on weekends now when I can actually get good service."

"This place is great! I came in a few times to shop for dresses and jewelry for my wife and it has always been a fantastic experience. Last time I went in was for a pandora bracelet for my wife. I was trying to recreate a pandora bracelet she had lost while we were dating that I had gotten her. The girl at the counter found that they had the bracelet I needed on display, and went around the store to find the bracelet I needed! I'll be back over and over again!"

"My favorite Lilly Pulitzer signature store! They also carry Jack Rogers, Spartina and Pandora. It's a smaller space, but they have a great selection of Lilly and get most of the releases. Love their sales and the ladies are always super friendly and helpful! It's in the same shopping center as my gym and I enjoy stopping in at least a couple times a month."
