"Customer service was solely the reason why I put all my clothes back and walked out of this specific location. Walking in without being greeted in any capacity by either sales associate, but instead being looked at by them standing behind the center counter, even after walking past them, made me wonder if they were judging that I didn’t look like their typical clientele walking in the store. They were doting over other female customers who were well put together, while I was left wondering without being asked if I needed any help or direction (this was my first and last time in an Athleta)."

"I had an excellent experience shopping with Heather and her colleagues at this location. They all know the product well and make good recommendations based on your needs. The air conditioning in the store also made it easier to try on form-fitting clothes on a really hot day."

"This store does not stand out to represent the brand of what Athleta stands for to have Simone Biles and Alicia Keys lines of clothing and not be an inclusive diversity hire store is the reason why I will no long shop the brand and this store in particular. I have noticed favoritism by staff over the one African American female sales associate that is no longer employed. Not representative of the brand and I won’t be visiting or buying again"

"Closed an hour early without any sign on the door. When we were trying to figure out how to open the door a staff member came out (very annoyed) to tell us the store closed early."

"Manager was extremely nice and explained the company’s mission statement and all the Good that the company does for the environment as well as women empowerment! Sales Associate Christy was super sweet and helpful and we had great conversation! I was assisted with every step of my shopping experience and I felt like I had known them for years, and it was my first time in the store! Highly recommend shopping at this location! I got the Uptempo joggers and absolutely love how soft and comfortable they are!"
