"Conscious Conversations is my favorite monthly event in the Raleigh/Durham area. There’s just something that’s so incredible about the community that gathers each month; everyone comes with an open mind and heart, and are focused on becoming the best versions of themselves. Sherif, who leads each conversation, has an amazing way of turning complex and difficult subject matter into relatable and digestible, but different than most classes like this he actually gives participants the keys to create an actionable plan and path for self-improvement and growth.
