"I was skeptical about going to this minute clinic because this place has mixed reviews, but honestly my experience was pretty great! The physician who helped me with my bacterial pink eye was very kind, quick, and informative. The pharmacists were also nice! I would definitely go again when in a pinch. (Would also recommend making an appointment ahead of time.)"

"Website clearly states this is a walk in clinic and that it closes at 5:30. I arrived a few minutes before 5 and was turned away because the "doctor" or NP said she was done for the day. CVS is truly awful."

"The pharmacist at Four Seasons BLVD made me feel like I was disgusting and despicable. My medicine was too early to fill and instead of explaining that to me she acted as if I was trying to manipulate her into doing something illegal. Has she explained to me the timing issue I would have understood. Instead she chastised me and I cried feeling like I did something wrong."

"We had to go through the nurse for triage and then when it was our turn to see the NP, she’d already pulled someone into the exam room so we waited over an hour while two other people were seen before us, despite us coming in before them. Why even make us schedule and appointment if you’re going to go off book? Then to top it off, the NP asked us the exact questions that the nurse did so what was the point of triage? Please make it make sense. Complete waste of time."

"Excellent customer service, accommodation and flexibility from nurse Caitlin. I arrived with an appointment for only a TB skin test, but when I arrived I asked for multiple phlebotomy services - shots/blood draw (at the end of the day too). Nurse Caitlin happily accommodated all my requests and was extremely personable throughout my visit. She even distracted me during the blood draw, which I very much appreciated."
