"I am most pleased with my healthcare at BRCHC. My complaint is regarding the center's billing department. I called there today to simply pay my outstanding patient bill. The representative I spoke with was very abrupt and downright rude. She had no interest in answering any questions I had and was very short. I was shocked to think that BRCHC would hire someone that has no people skills. She did not present herself as being the considerate employee that the center should be hiring. I only wish I had asked for her name. I would have taken this a step further and spoke with the center's CEO.By the way, my bill was paid in full. I will continue to receive my medical care there as I have been an established patient for many years. Dr. Emily Tulley is simply the best."

"I am totally disabled and home bound and Dr.Peiffer and her staff have been very kind and thorough and takes her time explaining things and always keeps updated on my illness trying hard to help me.Over the years I've seen a lot of doctors and Dr.Peiffer is the best primary care physician that I have had."
