"Well I had previously rated this place 5 stars, but now I would recommend not going here. Mark is great, and Lisa in reception is excellent. But I’ve never been treated more rudely by other staff members in my life before coming here. They have done 5 surgeries on me and I now need another operation, they referred me to a different clinic but when I reached out for just basic medical advice, I was told they can’t give me any advice Because they didn’t do my surgery. When they are the only place who has ever operated on me. Not my only bad experience with this office. It makes me sad to write a bad review now, but they have been rude to me many times and while going through some of the toughest medical issues ever. Very disappointing. If you need a single surgery and don’t have complications, then absolutely go here. But once you become a problem, then they let you go. I’ve been asking for a referral to another Ortho office for weeks and no one will even respond back to me. Mark C. Is an amazing doctor, and if you have a chance to be seen by him then you are in great hands. He helped me through all of my surgeries and also provided psychological help which he absolutely did not need to do. I’ve sent them like 5 messages through my portal just asking for help, and all I received back was a rude VM from Angela saying they didn’t do my surgery and can’t help me. But they are the only ones who have ever operated on me. Just make sure that the actual doctors get your messages and know what’s going on. There are some amazing people who work here. And they saved my life. But since my surgeon retired, my treatment from this office has been very poor."
