"Fantastic place, great quality of care. All the staff I've interacted with have been very attentive and are good listeners. I'm really impressed with (and grateful for!) the way they are able to accommodate uninsured people who are very low income and to make quality healthcare accessible to us. I don't think there are a lot of clinics like this that are open on weekends, especially in a town as small as Brevard. Also pretty easy to either make an appointment or do a walk-in and still get seen pretty quickly."

"The office staff was helpful and respectful. The (I think) NP who saw me listened, and gave me information that was - again - very helpful. Also, I've never been to an urgent care facility where appointments are offered! I booked online so I could do all the intake paperwork online, and though I had to wait (they do say walk-ins are taken), it wasn't long. I highly recommend Mercy Urgent Care in Brevard!"

"My son had to go in for pink eye. We didn't wait long. Just enough time to fill out paperwork. The nurse was sweet, and helpful. And the doctor worked well with our 5year old. Very professional. Would recommend this urgent care. Especially if you're a parent and urgent care visits are not fun, and the staff doesn't know how to understand children. This place does."
