"If I could give this school negative stars, I would, This is the WORST educational experience of my life. I have turned people away from recommending this school because I don't want others to get screwed over financially like my other classmates and I have. We have lost another teacher today due to the school owner's unprofessionalism-the second one in 9 months. On her website, she stated that there will be NO refund for tuition or deposits. The school owner has NEVER had this on her website. Our backbar is almost down to 0 and from the start, we had to wait on that including our books and scrubs; and yet, we are STILL expected to bring in clients despite having limited supplies. As a student, I'm embarrassed to bring any clients to the school because I do not want to perform a substandard facial due to not having supplies. The money that we all have spend collectively as students *well over 100k* should be reflected on having more educators that are flexible with student schedules, an assistant, supplies, and books on hand when students register. I think she sees all of us as a dollar sign and if anything, she'll be losing her dollars because of her unprofessionalism because no one wants to deal with this B.S. My classmates and I are almost done with the program and we're over the lies and back and forth. This is TOTALLY unfair to all of us. We should not be penalized for ANYTHING of her doing. Hopefully the money that she scammed us out of will be used for a therapist and professional development because this isn't normal. You just don't take people's money and treat them any kind of way. This is pure insanity."
