"I have been a client of the BCEC for several years now. While I very much like the eye doctors that I have seen over the years. HOWEVER the optical/ eyeglass department leaves a lot to be desired, with regards to satisfaction. I have been back four (4) times since getting my latest glasses from BCEC. The frames are absolute garbage! It was finally agreed that they would replace the frames, but that I would need to pay $15.00 to do so. $15.00 for glasses that were less than 6 months old! They would not allow me to select a different frame of equal or lesser value. Currently one of the lenses has fallen out of the replacement frames (Sunday) and I will be visiting BCEC to get the repairs made on Monday morning. My intention is to get my prescription from BCEC and go to another optician for a new set of glasses. A very unhappy customer Bob Howdeshell"

"Doctors. Matt was great. Place is wonderful. The only thing this time I didn’t like is inventory for glasses what insurance would cover. Been told one time that insurance will cover two pairs of glasses to get frames and lenses within next visit when I go and get first pair of glasses after they looked closely been told cover kids wouldn’t cover and you have to pay deductible. I told them I can get better frames and better prices what they had. Like I said their inventory what insurance would pay and plus pay deductible had to chose that section only not so good. I am not mad just disappointed. I got my prescription and left. Thanks!"

"Dr. McBride is one of the nicest, most thorough, professional eye doctors we’ve ever encountered. My husband had an eye emergency on a Friday night and we called after hours and left a message, then headed for ER. Within minutes Dr. McBride called us and asked us to meet at his office in maryville and did a thorough examination. He was so pleasant and generous with his time and alleviated all of our concerns. I really need to emphasize how comfortable we were in his presence after hours. He made it seem like it was a pleasure for him to be helping us. Highly recommend Dr. McBride!!"
