"Michelle was absolutely awesome with me. Very knowledgeable and educational. I truly enjoyed my visit. She took her time and seemed to be sincerely interested in me and my needs not just trying to sell a product. She explained everything and I was quite Impressed. I’m a Nurse Practitioner and she explained everything in easy to undersrand terms. Especially about the progression of hearing loss and the correlation between hearing loss and dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. I would highly recommend anyone to go get this free evaluation even before you think you may need hearing aids. I think you’ll be surprised. No high pressure sales pitch to purchase her product either. Just a great hour spent on education and how hearing loss affects our lives and hearing aids can improve them. Also thanks to Kayde the receptionist. If you can make it past the initial call center (which definitely needs attention and revamping from corporate!!) and get directed to the clinic you will be happy, I’m sure. I certainly was. I almost cancelled my appointment due to the call center. I’m glad i didn’t."

"Update: They told me to call them. I called over a month ago and was told that a supervisor would get a hold of me. Well guess what? Nobody has called me back!! Still showing less than a one star service Hearing Life. The staff were very nice, however, the insurance part of hearing life screwed me over! I had met my deductible through my insurance, so that meant that my insurance paid what they considered as allowed. Well, Hearing Life never took the remaining balance away. I will never use Hearing Life again!"

I did some research and at my appointment had lots of questions and they were all answered after my hearing test. The test was simple but thorough.
