"Apparently these reviews are right. I went here 2 weeks ago and was prescribed medication. They must care more about drug rep bonus money than the patient because even after 10 days and prior authorization approval the med is still not covered. They are causing me more health issues than they are trying to fix. Sad and frustrating. Go somewhere else if you need someone to actually care"

"They have always been good to my daughter(patient) we been taking her there for years and she is not the easiest to work with but they accept her and help her. Everyone is friendly from front fest reception to the nurses to the therapists."

"Writing this on behalf of my wife. Similar to a review posted a few months ago, for a while they were great and helped my wife (and by extension, me) a lot. Then a few months ago, all new staff and started having problems with getting refills of the medications she was taking. Went without once for several days, then had it happen again this month, and it was yet again new staff who wouldn't or couldn't write a refill. They need their license revoked. Our primary care dr was able to write a prescription to carry over till her next appointment, and our primary told us we were the 2nd person TODAY to call because of CTS Health Edit: I was originally going to edit my review to a higher rating because CTS Health reached out to my wife to try to straighten things out. But their posted reply basically says its my wife's fault that of 3 prescriptions received from CTSHealth, 2 had enough refills to make it to her next appointment with CTS Health & one was a month short. The psychiatrist that they arranged a video visit with was also horrible. She repeatedly cut off my wife when she was speaking, accused her of being manic when she got irritated with the psychiatrist for cutting her off and told her she was misdiagnosed, even though it was CTS Health that diagnosed her. The psychiatrist even cut me off when I tried to offer some input to the discussion. After the call, I told my wife she must be an angel because I would've hung up within the first 5 minutes."

"Honestly I was probably one of the first people who actually started attending the program when they first opened about 2 years ago. The nurse practitioner or licensed practitioner whoever was writing prescriptions her name was Lauren and she was extremely polite and I had an awesome counselor and things are going great. And then about eight months later I walked in one day for my appointment and there were all brand new people there including a brand new person who was prescribing writing your medications, new councillors and new like front desk staff. I found this to be extremely odd because I was extremely close with my counselor and the nurse practitioner as well I never got the full answer of why or what happened. I still attend CTS and actually I just had an appointment and I went in and they apparently have a new practitioner writing prescriptions. Well needless to say I did not get my prescriptions from the pharmacy today because I was told they needed to be signed by another psychiatrist because apparently this psychiatrist I'm seeing you there doesn't have all her credentials yet, which seems extremely odd to me this is the second month that I have had extremely bad panic attacks over worrying about my medication that helps me live a normal life. I'm not sure what's going on in the Hickory office but I would like some resolution are I always love to changing their however it has been so stressful the past couple months if someone could investigate the things that I'm saying and possibly fix them we can make it a better place again."
