"Only 1 star because Google doesn’t offer a negative on stars. Dr Robert Hart is likely rolling over in his grave at what has become of his Company. The main intent of Dr T is to find anyway possible to prevent drivers from renewing or obtaining their DOT Medical. Being thorough is essential but trying to find reasons to avoid it is not the purpose of the requirement. His preference on a person’s medication or treatment by the patient’s physician is not his job. His opinion that the Driver seeking the certification should stop taking any medication he considers unnecessary is not his job. All Drivers and anyone who knows a Driver should warn them not to use this Facility unless they want to be harassed by Dr T on their medications. I have never been refused medical certification over the 20+ years of being certified and have taken the same medications for most of those years. His words to me were “I prefer that you agree to stop taking the meds at all”. Well my preference would be that people don’t drink and drive but unfortunately we can’t punish them with our preference we have to wait until they actually get caught. My preference would be for a man holding a Doctorate at least be able to pronounce the name of a drug he questions. Holding his Doctorate does not provide him or at least should not provide him the way to force his preference on anyone and prevent them earning a living."
"I have worked with this clinic for many years and every time I call, I receive the most amazing service. The staff is constantly busy but you would never know from your interaction with them as they go above and beyond to accommodate your request and schedule needs."
"True Occupational clinic! Super-helpful and knowledgeable staff. Always willing to help and provide accurate information. Believe they TRULY care about the practice. Thanks for the support!"
"Drivers, if you want to keep your CDL , avoid this place. The skinny doctor has the worst bedside manner and is looking to put every truck driver out of work. Update....it's been a month now. Still no contact from the skinny doctor on a consultation he wanted to have with my family doctor. Already lost my CDL class A because of him."
"The front staff and nurses are awesome! Literally could not ask for better! But the doctor himself is an issue! Big time! He is not the owner so the owner may want to check into him! He is so lazy he just wants to sit in his little office area texting while the waiting room and all rooms are completely filled! Also the doctor himself is a SCAM. I over heard him tell a nurse to make someone come back in 6 months instead of a year so it will be an extra appointment for the guys cdl permit. I WILL NEVER USE THAT PLACE AGAIN!"
