"The most outrageous customer service never. If I could've given them zero stars I would. They really don't care about there clients. All they really care about is filling there appointment slot. Their front desk people are some of the rudest people I've met and the doctors/nurse practitioner rush you through your visit."

"Love this practice. Dr Duralia is the first doctor I had in well over a decade take the time to listen to me and what I had to say. I spent years going to various specialist and general practitioners trying to find out what was wrong with me. By actually listening to my symptoms and talking with me, Dr Duralia was able to get me in with the right specialists for treatment. I am so grateful for the caring and communicative treatment I have received at this practice."

"The lady who answers the phone & set up/reschedule appointment is very RUDE! She sound like she hates her job when she got the most simplest job! Bad attitude, and you can hear her huffing & puffing. They need to replace her. I’ve been going to UFP for more than 10 years….this lady is new, and she hates her job already!"

"Stay away! Not all employees are bad here but u can definitely find better! The lady that answers the phone sounds really thrilled to be there, and gave me wrong information on age for COVID shots for kids, thats a big deal, u should not be telling me info or your opinion because you are not my doctor! If you don’t like your job or bad at it find something else to do! The people here should have great personalities to work with the public and to help the public that comes and see you for help you’re wasting our time and your time find a new career!"

"My son, who is now 3, has been going to Unifour Family Practice since birth. We LOVE them! The doctors and nurses, as well as the front office staff, are amazing. They are all so sweet and friendly. They are knowledgeable and honest. I love the way that the doctors and nurses interact with him, telling him what to expect when they do things during his checkups in ways that he can comprehend. When I ask for advice on an issue, they are honest as well as professional. If they recommend something, they do so in a way that you don't feel pressured, but they offer genuine, honest advice from a professional as well as personal standpoint. They provide my son with the type of professional, yet personal, medical care that I would expect of a doctor's office, but that I so rarely see exhibited. As long as our experiences continue to be like this, we will continue going there, and we may make them the doctor for our entire family very soon. My husband and I are very pleased with this practice, and our son actually is excited to go to the doctor office, even if he is maybe having to get a shot, or a less than pleasant procedure done. He never complains, and loves it. Five stars, and more if I could!"
