"I had my initial consultation today. I arrived 20 mins before my appointment time to “do new patient paperwork”. Well there wasn’t any. I sat down and waited. And waited… there was two other people that had walked in after me that had already been seen. I then went up and asked if I was going to be seen soon and the chick said “let me see” she then came back and said you’re next, after I over heard them say oops, that I was skipped over… I’m still waiting at this point.. then ANOTHER two patients have been taken back at this point and I’m over an hour wait time at this point… I then just go to the desk and say can you just cancel my appointment, I’m leaving. She happily said yes as if I did them a favor…. Needless to say if you want to be taken seriously, go somewhere else!! They would rather have fun in this office more than take care of their patients… good luck!"

"When I went there I was told just to eat more fiber for my diarrhea. And they made me feel stupid 2 doctors and a pa I will not go back. I know my body"

"I would not recommend this place to anyone. It took them a month to get back to me about my daughters lab work. We called over a dozen times to talk to someone about it. It either went to voicemail or was told they would leave the doctor a message. Finally after waiting a month the doctor called to inform us that lab work was all negative and they need to schedule her for some scan. I guess what, that was about 2 weeks ago and not a peep from them. Do not trust this place with your health or your lover ones."

"The doctors here have no sympathy for their patients what so ever when there’s insurance involved. I went here with with constant upper abdominal pain without being able to eat normal foods for weeks and they would not even write me out of work until I could get in for test. I told them how physical and stressful my job is and that I had already tried to work and couldn’t and they did not seem to care. Avoid this place at all cost."

"I can seriously not say enough wonderful things about PA Emily Diggs. I’ve been suffering from Ulcerative Colitis since I was 19 and found good doctors but then had to move and the next two Gastro’s I saw acted like my issues weren’t a big deal and refused to try something different, they would only give me things I’d already tried and didn’t work. At that point I had basically given up and accepted I would bleed for the rest of my life but then things got much worse so I found Blueridge and the first time I met Emily I just cried bc I was so thankful to had finally found a doctor who cares, understands, and takes my issues very seriously. She is so sweet and caring and gives me so much hope every time I see her. I have other chronic issues and have seen so many specialists and Emily is by far the best I’ve ever encountered. So thankful I found this place."
