"This has been one of my worst experiences with a doctor. Okay I go on Tuesday of last week to be seen by Dr. Simpkins. Well he tests my urine and I call on Friday afternoon to find out that he was not in the office at all. So yesterday after complaining last Tuesday did I had a urinary tract infection I went to the ER over it Mission hospital McDowell. So I went there and they did a urine test it came out negative on the dip which is always me because it does not show up unless you do a urine culture on me. So I asked the emergency room doctor to look at my urine culture and it comes back positive for klebsiella pneumoniae and e coli bacteria in my urine. I knew last Tuesday that I had a urinary tract infection and he was very hesitant to do a urine culture. I have truly would not recommend this place for a urologist at all."

"When you try to get a refill and its going on 3 weeks and you still haven't got it, its time to change dr. Call 2 to 3 times a week and talked to them. My pharmacy had faxed them 2 times that I know of. The drs office said there was problem with the information on my pharmacy. NOT so cause they have called in prescriptions before."
