"This place really needs to do something about the operators taking calls at the front desk. I am sick and tired of dealing with a specific rude operator every time that I try to call to schedule my daughter’s appointment. It’s not my fault that I can’t get a call back in a timely manner and that I work and only get a lunch break during the day and I’m never quite sure when that breaks is. Some of us aren’t aloud to have our phones on us at work!! Y’all need to do something before y’all lose a lot of patients!"
