"My daughter took the online classes and got the vet kit, which came with a stethoscope, otoscope, bandage, exam card and more! She is a budding veterinarian who loves animals so it has been perfect for her! (We got this as a Christmas gift for her). I highly recommend!"
"I ordered the virtual kids vet club for my son for Christmas. If there were openings, I would have enrolled him in the in person class. I had to send a few e mails to find out when the class was and the link for it because my son kept asking. Without the class it's just a box of stuff with no meaning. I was finally given a response of the date, but she couldn't give me a time of the day, just that it would be in the afternoon and that a link to attend class would be given the week of. So yesterday, not even 24 hours before the class, the link was finally shared. My son can not attend, because this is the kind of thing we need to plan for. Obviously, we aren't just sitting on pins and needles waiting on this event. She said it will be recorded but I once again sent an e mail to find out HOW we could view that. In my opinion, the communication is poor and this was not worth the money paid to have to keep inquiring for details. I guess we will view the recorded class and see if this is in fact worth the cost paid but so far I'm not impressed and my son has lost interest. I gave 3 stars because it comes with a stethoscope, and that's about the only thing in the box worth anything."
"My daughter can not stop talking about how amazing her time was. Since being home all she talks about is her time at camp. She made so many new friendships and is so much more outgoing. The staff was amazing the experience was amazing. I am so glad we found Junior Vet Academy!"
"If you are wondering if your kids will actually receive instruction directly from the vet, be reassured, Dr.McKee is hands-on with each camper. This camp is her passion. Shes combined her love for animals with her love for children. My daughter returned home empowered and bouncing off the surface of cloud 9."
"Can't say enough wonderful things! Dr. Amanda was so helpful from the beginning planning stages to get my daughter there from out-of-state. My daughter came home ignited and said "we learned so much during class time I feel like I was there for 2 weeks!" In addition to class time, the hands-on experience with animals and fun camp activities really hit it home for her. Can I give it 6 stars? If your kids are looking for a fantastic vet summer camp, this is the place!"
