"Incredibly disappointed in the business side of this company. My last appointment w/ my counselor was in June of 2017. I never contacted this office after that appointment. Received a call from the office stating they were charging me a $50 no show fee for an October 2017 appointment that I NEVER MADE. Called to dispute the charge & to inform them that I had not contacted them, let alone made another appointment with them, since earlier in the year & I was still charged a no show fee. I'm still unsure of how an appointment was made for me without my knowing about it, but I will never use this office again or recommend this place to any one."

"Loosing great doctor fiance told me about him and we couldn't find him no where and had to get referral from family doctor to life works and WOW we found this great doctor he had been telling me about and I go see my family doctor on the 17th of April and he tells me my psychic doctor is leaving and going to main hospital he will do them wonders I know where to go if I crack LOL he will be missed but what do I do for a doctor now. :-( :-( Tammy"
