"Very disappointed. Took a month and they still hadn't called for INITIAL consultation visit. Scheduled appt for MARCH??. AFTER I called them.... Oxygen dropped to 66% and that's not cause for expedited appt? Reception says they get 30 referrals a day. Well, that's your job! Is it not?"
"So I have been suffering from extreme tiredness where I cant stay awake more than three hours a day. Nancy Cook gave me a hard time about not using my machine. I first started on my CPAP during COVID and my mother and sister being at my home with me with hospice and they both passed away. So I decided she was right I doubled down on using my machine and getting it straight. She gave me medicine that was supposed to help me and it worked for one or two days. So I called to ask her if she wanted to go ahead and up the medicine instead of waiting the whole month for my next visit. I got a call saying I wasn't using my machine and she wasn't going to help me. I have been using my machine even during the day. Why would someone goes into medicine when it's obvious they dont like people? Medicine is about treating the whole body. If somethings not working maybe just maybe something else is wrong or something different needs to be tried. Ive followed her instructions like a drowning man grabs on to a life raft. This woman has a mean spirit. I feel sorry for the people who have to be seen by her."
"Very disappointed. Recently did an at home sleep test to confirm the good results received from Dr. Link. Dr. Link's office made Dr. Clark aware of the test. Dr. Clark's staff called me and insisted that I come in for an appointment. I asked to be given the results over the phone which I had already been told were good. I made the appointment and was there early for this morning. After going through all the Covid-19 screening and paying an $80 copay (had me pay it over the phone from my vehicle before entering), I achieved absolutely nothing. Dr. Clark asked a couple of questions and then went to find out he didn't have the test and Dr. Link is closed on Friday. His assistant was very nice as always. His reception staff need classes in customer service. Again, very disappointed and out a $80 co-pay for nothing."
"Dr. David Clark is the worst doctor in the practice. My mother was going there for years seeing another doctor to get infusions for a Medical condition she has had for well over 10yrs. The doctor she was seeing left the practice and she was put with Dr. Clark. He refused to give her the medication she has been on for over a decade because her level was .1 pt off. Her condition will continue to deteriorate. This is criminal negligence at it’s best. And has law suit written all over it! We intend to call the patient advocate and make a formal complaint! Stay away from this practice. They clearly don’t care if you live or die!"
