"It's the pandemic and Ive lost my job. I'm on a feeding tube and have an aortic dissection that can rupture at any moment. I am just a few months behind. Cigna says my plan is still active but everything is on hold. They wont cover dr visits, my formula, or supplies....making everything out of pocket. You really take care of your customers during a pandemic Cigna."

"The original csr you get when you call are grwat, attentive and speak clearly. Once you get transferred that service changes. They are not very knowledgeable of who you need to speak to about an issue. I got transferred 8 times during a 45 minute call and when I finally thought I was getting to the right Dept, you get put on hold to messages that say "experiencing longer than normal wait times, please continue to hold", which now takes my call to an hr and still didn't get an answer. Customer service after the fact is terrible. Recommend more education, less hold times and better clear speaking csr."
