"I went to Aware Physical Therapy by recommendation of my Primary Care Physican. I am so glad he recommended it! Kevin was very thorough in his initial exam and figured out the issues I had immediately. I had shoulder pain for about 10 years and he got me started with exercises to do at home from day one. I was able to improve very quickly and only had to go weekly for about a month. I had some soft tissue work done and it changed my life. Really!! I had some locked up muscles Allison found, which she unlocked and gave me better mobility in my shoulder!! Even after 8 months I still do the exercises I was given to keep my muscles strong and my pain under control. Everyone I worked with there was fantastic and very professional! I would absolutely go back when I need to in the future. I actually wish my grandma lived closer, I believe she would have wonderful results working with Kevin and his team!"
