"I had a very off putting situation occur at this store I’d like to share. I went to buy a specific disposable vape the other day. I am starting to check out when I am told that a limited addition version is out for a short period that is the same thing I was getting just with a little less juice and funky art on it. I was told it was to be $30 (I was getting a $60 vape at the time). It being the holidays, I am trying to do good with my money, so I thought that it would be nice to save a good bit on the exact same thing I wanted anyways. He rings me up then tells me he was mistaken, the price is $45. I didn’t have the backbone to get him to unring me up and me be a bother to the staff, so I took it and cut my loses. I get home and about five puffs in, I can no longer pull on the vape. The juice turned to wax that caked the inside making it impossible to take any sort of hit off the disposable pen. I have encountered this problem many times in the past and have always found a solution, so I immediately try all the tricks I have been taught and could find. After burning off 2/3 of the 3 g vape in a day and a half, i realize that I cannot fix this at all. I headed back to the store. I was met by an amazing staff member that tried her best to work with me, but when it came to the phone call to get approval, I was denied any sort of store credit or anything. I try to be a loyal customer because I like the atmosphere and people there. I am just getting hung up on the fact that while trying to leave the store, I have an item pushed on me to replace what I was getting, and given a drastically different amount after ring up. Not to mention the vape completely not working altogether. So instead of saving money, I flushed $45 more down the drain. This situation is causing me to reconsider where I get my vaping products from. Again though, thank you to the nice lady who spoke with me about this situation."
