"While this school has a lot to offer to students (if you can pay for it), it unfortunately also has a lot of horrible staff members who may need to reevaluate their career choice. They are the rudest people I have had the displeasure of dealing with, especially the office staff. They claim to be against bullying, yet when I student cut a chunk out of my daughter's hair in class to be mean, they not only neglected to contact me or do anything disciplinary to the girl, but they brushed me off when I called about it. When I asked what was being done they said they spoke to the girl n told her not to do it again. My daughter endured a full year of bullying, as well as massive amounts of homework every single school night and every weekend while her cousin who attends the same school but one grade higher had not a single piece of homework the entire year. Parent teacher conferences are just an opportunity to blame your child for the teachers short Cummings. My daughter was told she would get detention for being late to class even if she was speaking with the teacher from the previous class regarding homework. No exceptions, so she was never able to ask her teacher for help with stuff she didn't get and was too shy to ask in front of the class. She went from a straight A student in her previous school to a solid D student in a matter of a year. She became shy and withdrawn due to the bullying. This school has driven me to enrolling her into online school for next year so I know she is safe from their unfair practices and general lack of caring for the students. If you are not a rich stay at home mom with nothing but time to volounteer, and your children do not look like super models or wear name brand clothing everyday... This is not the school for them. But don't take my word for it, read the reviews of the other students that go there... They are crying out for help from the classroom as stuff is happening and nobody cares."
"Staff is very rude! The women in the office are rude as well they hang up on you. They do not like to answer any questions like your bothering them! Very unprofessional the principal should be ashamed to run such an institute!"
"The teachers act like they don’t wanna be teachers. Some of the kids are just out of hand . Some of the staff is just plain RUDE!!! Do not send your kids here!"
"First off, this school is NOT clean. I used to go to this school so I should know. The bathrooms and lunchroom are disgusting. Sixth grade is the ONLY good experience here. 7th and 8th grade are just a disaster here. I went here for middle school and hated it, so have all of my piers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!"
"This school is terrible. So much is done that is purely for the convenience of the staff - never mind how inconvenient it may be to students and parents. The FIRST WEEK my children went to this school, they came home telling me how the teachers use foul language in class. It has been one thing after the next at this school. For instance, not monitoring the bullies well, etc.. However, the absolute topper was the morning when I pulled up in front to drop off my daughter because it was her first day of using crutches. (She had sprained her ankle badly the day before in her gym class where they had the students running backwards.) That morning, I pulled up much father than where the cars normally stop to let out their children and spent less than one minute handing my daughter her crutches and her 2-ton backpack. Their only concern? It wasn't for my daughter, I can assure you - their concern was that I was holding up the line (that was AT LEAST four car lengths behind my car) and that my daughter and I approach the building from the parking lot the next time she gets dropped off in her current condition. PATHETIC! I believe it is the STAFF that needs to be schooled."
