"Wow, what a breath of fresh air Hopscotch Health is! Everyone on staff is patient, kind, friendly, cheerful, and efficient. Doctor Alexander has been outstanding. She listens carefully, cares enough to learn about her patients, offers excellent advice and recommendations, and is concerned about all aspects of physical and mental well being, with an emphasis on prevention. She does all of this in a casual way that makes you feel like you are having coffee with a friend! Her personality is as impressive as her resume. So very glad my husband and I found this practice. We have not met Dr. Ogg, but we have met several of her patients, all of whom had similar positive things to say about her. To those at this office who we have had the pleasure of meeting--Dr. Amanda Alexander, Micki, Karen, Shondria, Tina, and Lee-- THANK YOU!"
"Dr. Ogg and her staff at Dry Ridge Family Medicine are absolute top notch. My entire family has been seeing Dr. Ogg for well over 10 years, going back to when she was practicing at Mashburn Clinic. Dr. Ogg is thorough, kind, and most importantly, she takes the time to listen. In this day and age you would be hard pressed to find a Dr. who posses her level of genuine caring. The Nurses, Kim at the front desk, and Manager, Ann Marie are always professional, friendly and helpful. Thank you Dr. Ogg - You are a blessing to us!"
"I have been a patient for several years and a nurse for many, many more. I have an idea what a bad doctor is as well as a good doctor, and an excellent doctor. I put Dr. Ogg in the "excellent" class. Most important to me she listens and let's you participate in your plan of care. She seems to have an uncanny knack of knowing when something should be pursued. Office and clinical personnel is caring, friendly, and efficient."
"I had my first appointment yesterday with Karen. I am highly impressed with everyone and everything about this office. For the first time in years I not only received a thorough exam but also had labs . Karen called me with the results after hours and explained everything to me. I am so thankful I found this practice. The office is clean and everyone I met was friendly, kind and caring. I look forward to continuing my care with this practice."
"I rate this family practice and Dr. Ogg the highest possible rating. I was a patient of hers for 10 years and she was always there for me. Anytime I needed to see her immediately, it was arranged. I had back problems and she referred me to a wonderful surgeon for surgery. I had eye problems and she sent me to the top Asheville eye physician. When I went to her with a lump in my throat, she immediately referred me to a throat specialist. It turned out I had Stage 4 throat cancer. She always knows the best physician if you need more than she can do. I considered her a good friend and trusted her completely. I hated to leave NC because it meant leaving her as my physician. If you're looking for a friendly staff and expert care, I would recommend Dry Ridge Family Physicians and Dr. Ogg over any other in the area."
