"My experience with this vet office has been great. My poor kitty, Smokey, got a urinary blockage. He was howling in pain when I got home from work. All local vets were closed, so we took him to Winston ER Vet. They were going to charge us way up in the thousands of dollars to fix him. We couldn't afford that, so we paid to have them drain his bladder and pain meds. The next day, I called every vet around, and nobody could get him in except Animal Medical. She gave me an estimate, and it was 1/2 cost of ER. They saved my cat's life multiple times. He had to return because of another blockage, but it was the weekend. The vet on call met me there and took care of Smokey until they could perform surgery. She saved me on that surgery as well. The staff I've encountered has always been polite, courteous, and friendly to us. I will always be thankful for Animal Medical Services!!"
