"Bought a small portable fan for $21.00. The fan broke the same day I bought it. Would not refund my money or exchange. The manager or owner said it wasn't her fault the fan broke and my response backed to her was I did not know the blades were paper thin. I walked out. I am a local and I shop in the store because I like their Fetch shirts and bought a lot of other merchandise in that shop. You would think a business would stand behind their products they sell.
