"I was very disappointed in the shop. The lady sold me a hat that was defective and when I went to return it she would only give store credit and said she couldn't get a hold of the owner. Poor business practices. I usually bring my family and friends into the store. Once I use my store credit I will no longer go into this shop. Good luck with it staying in business."
"My sister and I were there on Saturday. I love the clothing brands and bought several outfits for an upcoming trip. Will return again soon! The assistant was very helpful and accomodating."
"WHAT A WONDERFUL JOY IT WAS TO SHOP TODAY DURING THE RAINY WEATHER! The associate (or owner) brought such a smile to my daughters' faces. WE enjoyed visiting this boutique and if we ever return this way again will return to this shop!!!"
"I have been shopping here with my family for years, and have spent thousands of dollars. Yesterday my granddaughters were shopping for college and were treated not only rudely, but with hostility and suspicion. We will never return to Shop Girl ! All customers should be treated with respect."
"I was very disappointed by how my daughters and niece were treated at Shop Girl today. We shop there every summer while on vacation, since the store’s opening. Shop Girl was previously our favorite store. I sent my young adult daughters and niece with my credit card to go shopping without me (because I had already been in the store earlier in the day shopping with my mother and my sister). Sadly, my daughters and niece were made to feel unwelcome; were not asked if they could be assisted; and they felt like they were being stared at as they shopped. They ended up leaving because they felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome, though they could have bought whatever they wanted today. Shop Girl lost today’s business and any future business from my mother, sisters, daughters, and nieces due to their rude behavior."
