"2 months ago, my father in law had a corn on the side of his toe bothering him. I made him an appointment, they trimmed his nails and gave him an antibiotic and said they couldn't do anything for the corn because the infection. Visit again in 2 weeks. This time they said he had too much moisture . Visit again in a month. Today we go, and they say they won't remove the corn and he just needed to wear a corn cushion. That defeats the whole purpose of our visit. Do not recommend"

"The Galax office is quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. Poor and curt communication. I transport and support an individual who needs help navigating and understanding medical appointments. I explained to the front office that we need help understanding the process of ordering diabetic shoes for this individual. They did not explain the pepper work requirements and we had to invest time making multiple calls and visits to our client’s Primary Care Physician to get the wording just right. This could have been done in 10 minutes (instead of several weeks) if ANYONE at the Galax office cared to slow down and help us. To make matters worse, the diabetic shoes were finally ordered and we were told it would be two weeks. OVER a month later, we have received ZERO communication (not one call) from the Galax office; even though I have personally called to follow up at least 4 times. When I asked what I should tell our client the staff told me (and I quote) “Just tell her I’ll call when the shoes are here”. Well I finally called the Wytheville location and the staff there followed up to find the shoes were in the Wytheville office but the insoles were not there. Two weeks later we are still waiting for a phone call... I guess I will have to follow up, yet again.... As I said TERRIBLE customer service. I won’t even go into the fact that I was hung up on by the Galax office after asking that a supervisor or a doctor call us back... which never happened. So disappointing that some people just don’t care."
