"Didn’t even make it into the clinic. The lady that called me after I tried to schedule an appointment for my son was rude from the start of our conversation. As if setting up an appointment on their online portal was bizarre. Then tells me they have to wait 36 hours after I send my sons medical records up from his PCPs office to get an appointment. . Fine with me. I’ll go elsewhere."
