"This place is ridiculous, why even say your an urgent care if you have to have an appointment. They make you wait at least 2 hours if you don’t have an appointment, I mean really that’s not an urgent care at all… just tell patients they can’t be seen and move on, not take their copay and wait for hours."

"Absolutely wonderful experience I had with Anderson Urgent Care yesterday. The staff was very friendly and approachable. Julia was my nurse and she listened to all my concerns, and I felt like she really cared. The provider was Allie and she made me feel like she really cared as well. I went in with nausea and dizziness and was very freaked out because I had never had this feeling before. Allie asked the right questions and diagnosed my issue correctly and gave me what I needed to feel better quickly. Thank you to Anderson Urgent Care for really caring about your patients."
