"I had a very great experience at the urgent care, they answered all of my questions and concerns very thoughtfully and respectfully. There was a little bit of a wait, maybe around 30 minutes to an hour but it was noon on a friday so that is obviously expected. If you are in the Hudson or Lenoir area, I would recommend stopping by if you're in need of medical assistance or advice!"

"This is the worst doctors office I have been to and Dr Sharpe is easily one of the worst doctors. All she cares about is weight, even if your issue has NOTHING to do with weight & if you tell her you're dieting and exercising she is still incredibly rude. I have even came in for a sinus infection and she mentions weight. She isn't the least bit helpful, if you come to her with real concerns and explain your symptoms she is dismissive and unprofessional in every manner and doesn't want to take the time to get to the bottom of your issues."

"The provider (Nurse Sally Baird) that I've been seeing for about 4 years is not thorough and doesn't really want to help the patient. They refuse to give medication half the time and force Yoga and Keto on anyone who's BMI isn't what it should be. I desperately needed help with anxiety and chronic pain due to Fibromyalgia, Cervical Nerve Root Disorder and degenerative disk disease. I got told they don't write pain medicine of any kind, and that I would have to take my drug seeking behavior elsewhere. They basically called me a pill junkie. I won't be going back to this practice ever again. I'm currently looking for another doctor."

"Everytime I see Dr. Cotton I feel lIke I am wasting her time and she is in a hurry. I leave feeling I have been treated with little to no respect for my health issues. She used to do breast exams, pap smears, and was very thorough in an exam but now she does as little as possible unless you make a point to ask her to do something specific. I know we are in a pandemic but she has definitely changed. What good is it going if you have to tell the doctor exactly what to do. I just wish Caldwell County had more and better choices of physicians to choose from."
