"This has to be the worst Taco Bell in Winston-Salem. It doesn't matter what time of day or night you go - you'll probably wait 30 minutes for your food and it'll wind up being wrong. For a restaurant chain that touts its vegetarian options, it's very difficult if not impossible to get actual vegetarian food when you order. I know that restaurant workers are understaffed and underpaid, but it is immensely frustrating to never get a correct order from this location. You're better off going to any other Taco Bell in the area."

"Worst Taco Bell experience! On Veteran's Day, I waited over 45 minutes for one combo meal and was given someone else's order. The workers ignored me for over 30 minutes and didn't even acknowledge my existence."

"I went through the drive thru to get limited-time Rolled Chicken Tacos. I paid $1.50 extra for the guacamole. This is what i received. Also, the lids were off of the cheese sauce, so it spilled in the bag. The employees were kind of clueless. Caveat Emptor!"

"Today was not a good day at this location. Focused more on drive thru with a lobby full of customers. Although they are understaffed. They can be more professional."

"I do not recommend this….first I went to the drive thru to get three beefy five layer with one of the three without sour cream. When I get to the window, I was asked what I ordered apparently they couldn’t find my order and held me up. I was not able to get their names, But there was a manager on that shift was rude didn’t even apologize when he fixed the order. But then once I paid and got my order after I got home. Three of the beefy layer looked dry and smelled rancid. One of the burritos had a lot while the other had less in the burrito and the next one looked dried. I was not able to eat it and I encouraged no one eat at this location and was not able to reach anyone by phone as well."
