These poeple are the best and I have always felt like I was treated like i was the most important person while I was in their office and thy took the time to listen. "I’m very upset with this place. I just checked my EOB while I was doing other things on my health insurance’s website and it says I’ll likely owe around $1,300. I reviewed every code individually, I am being charged for 9 tests that I did not agree to. I was told I would be given one swab to test specifically for Covid and the flu, nothing was said about anything else. When I nodded my head to agree (I lost my voice so I couldn’t talk), I was only agreeing to what was said: Covid and flu test. I will not pay for services I never agreed to. I will be visiting your office in the morning to discuss this further and I’ll be contacting my health insurance company."
