"I have been here a few times to consult about a surgery. Doctor Erich Ernspiker is amazing at explaining the process, the pros and cons and helping with decisions for your personal preferences. His nurse, Terry Lynn is absolutely amazing. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease through the whole process. The entire staff is great! Would highly recommend!"
"Dr. Simmons recently did two surgeries on my Mother she had little to no pain and has healed nicely. Dr.Simmons and his nurses gave a wonderful bedside manner,very thoughtful ,thorough,kind and caring. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone!!!"
"Had my gallbladder removed and had the worst experience with it. Called the office several times to speak with a nurse to let them know what my concerns were and I pretty much got told to take a Epsom salt bath and try to get up and move around, even though I was in the worst pain. I finally seen my family doctor yesterday on the 27th and she sent me to Radford and they told me I had apparently bleed a little after the surgery when I got sent home. They also found a pocket of fluid near where my gallbladder would have been. If Dr. earnspiker would have listened to my concerns and cared to check me out he would have found this sooner. Not my family doctor finding it out 3 weeks after my surgery when I got sicker!!!"
