"The only employee I have ever seen there is super nice. She is very helpful. The only issue I have is that she only pushed one vape. The Vaporesso Luxe Q. She had me sold. I instantly regretted my purchase. The flavor was horrible. I even purchased different fluid thinking it may have been the cause. It was not the issue. After doing research online about the product I found out there are voltage problems with the luxe q. Immediately after charging it will burn the coil. Also the coil does not absorb the fluid well hence why every fluid tasted bad. You can only taste a sweet bitter taste out of it no matter which fluid you buy. There are many complaints online about this product. I brought it back to the store and told them about my complaint that the flavor is just bad. They told me unless the device is broken they cannot do anything for me. I will try to return the luxe q again with the new information I found about the voltage and coil problems. I feel I wasted 35$ for a faulty product. Update… I returned to the store and told them about the issues I was having. They returned my product for a store credit. Through the whole process everyone was very nice and professional. Thanks guys."
