"Dr. Firestone is the best doctor I have ever had. She takes her time with you and gets in no hurry. She doesn't rush you in and out. She takes very good care of her patients. All the staff here are very nice and very helpful! I would recommend this place and Dr. Firestone to anyone. She is the absolute best!!!"

"I seen Dr. Wallace and it was an awful experience. During my visit, she didn’t examine my neck at all which was my chief complaint and tried to get me to go to Psychiatry when it wasn’t necessary. She wouldn’t treat my blood pressure, cholesterol, or thyroid conditions and stated she’s only there for the common cold. She was rude and belittled me. Dr.Crow would have never treated me like that. This practice has gone down hill since he passed. I ended up in the hospital and going to Urgent Care’s until I could find another PCP and have to see an Orthopedic Surgeon to possibly have surgery on my neck because I told her I would not be back. She then sent me a termination letter after I stated I wasn’t coming back since she doesn’t want to treat anything but a common cold."

"Jennifer Dyer FNP is the epitome of a caring medical professional. She always listens to her patients and takes time to review all important issues. I feel extremely cared for and confident that my health matters to her."

"Jennifer Dyer came in and immediately made me feel as if I was there for no reason. She belittled my symptoms and refused to do any labs. She stated that I was only scheduled for a 15 minute visit and I would need to reschedule for Physical in order to get labs done. Dr. Crowe always took the time to listen to my concerns and never made me feel as if I was a burden or that my symptoms were a waste of his time. She spoke poorly of Dr. Crowe’s medical choices and made it clear that the whole office was cleaning up his mess, which is extremely in appropriate in any circumstance but especially since he passed away. No appointments for multiple months which I do understand but you should also then accommodate patients who need routine labs if they have an extensive medical history. I manage 2 medical facilities and I understand that time management is important but to belittle a patients symptoms and then make it clear that you only have 15 minutes but stayed in the room for less than that and then falsely documented 25 minutes in the chart. Extremely unprofessional and bad bedside manner."
